Hi All

I believe it will be better to post a thread to emphasize on PUG raid 10/25 man.

You are able to join a PUG group as long as the following are all fulfilled:

For 25man
1) Guild had completed the specific 25man raid and you are not saved to it.
2) You are only allowed to join the specific raid that the guild had completed.

Example: Guild cleared 25man ICC and you may PUG 25man ICC on the following day. --> Yes, this example is very simple but there are pple who likes to play with loop holes, I dunno why.

3) That will usually falls on Sunday or Monday as there are still 10man raid going on.
4) Please note that you are representing Rebirth in a PUG raid. If happen to have any complains it will cause unnecessary problems for the guild and other fellow guild members, and all kinds of dramas/excuses/explainations will starts. Hence, please join at your own risk. We do not wish to place Rebirth's name in danger.

For 10man
1) Guild had completed the specific 10man raid and you are not saved to it.
2) You are only allowed to join the specific raid that the guild had completed.

Example: Guild cleared 10man ICC and you may PUG 10man ICC on the following day. --> Yes, this example is very simple but there are pple who likes to play with loop holes, I dunno why.

3) That will usually falls on Monday after the guild had saved to all raids.

This applies to Core/Casual raiders, please save your cooldown for the guild.
For Casuals, please go ahead with PUG.
For Alts, please go ahead as long as it does not crash with guild raid timing.

Best Regards,

Since guild has more than 20, less than 30, What constitutes a guild "10" run? Will there be a preassigned group? Does this mean 10s will be on calendar?

I understand this applies to ICC. Will it apply to Content before that? including TOC, TOGC10/25?

I might revert back to previous style which a core team will work on archivements while the other on gearing and badges ... But that does not that team 2 won't get archivements at all ... We can still go for it ... Ok plan as follow

Team 1
10 core players

Team 2
All other players

In cases whereby team 1 is short of raiders they will take from team 2 ensuring those in team 1 does not need much leading and able to operate on their own. While team 2 will often get new player to gear up/learn the fight etc ...

I need more understanding from raiders here, I do not encourage Overtime raids, hence most 10man should be on off days excluding sat... I understand that most pple wish to go for achivements which is not a bad thing of coz, but do not rush... I'll try to arrange that everyone get a chance for it, this part I stil have some plannings to do, as for TOC 10man it will remain as it is for now till ICC team match up is settled, then will consider to put the same team for TOC 10man

I suppose if we want to push the Progression, we should try to put together the Team 1 with players willing to give considerable time for the effort.

Or are we even posting progression, we haven't for a long time...
