- Revered with the faction that provides your helm enchant, and have it on your raiding gear.
- Appropriate leg patch on your gear. The blue one does not count.
- Blue quality gems in all gem slots in all raiding gear. Purples show extra dedication.
- All raiding gear enchanted properly.

Why do you want to join and why would we want you?
Well I found this guild late one night on Wowhead it looked like you all had alot of members and were getting raids done after talking to a few members Rebirth seemed like the right choice for me because you all looked active and friendly,Why would you want me hmmm well I have a mild / hardcore mindset on WoW I know the limits of my toon with his gear how ever I don't mind pushing the limits once and a while to see if maybe I got better my shammy is Enhance and i love it depending on the fight I can pull 3k+ dps or more [or commonly less depending on the group/place]

Well thats most of them that I can remember i use to follow a friend around on guilds when they would get pissed at a guildy they would drop and I like a idiot would follow how ever I learned that it was hurting me to keep moving around instead of staying in a guild and helping them recover the last three guilds tho i left due to differences with a player that i could not get along with currently my toon is still in Killzone. NEVER have i been kicked out of a guild for stealing any items from a raid or instance.
What is your raiding experience?
I have done
Naxx 10 - Arach [cleared]
Construct [all but last boss but i know how to do him]
Ulda 10- Flame , Razor, and XR
how ever I learn fast if I get quickly invited just a short "don't stand here when [dot dot dot] happens or when you see this do this" but if I have time to check into it I will do so.
What is your most used ability during a raid?
Well due to my minimal raiding experience I don't really understand this question.
List consumables and amounts you plan to bring to every raid.
Looking into Pots and food buffs its kinda hard because finding a hit cap for a enhance shammy is kinda hard but it will be done.
Of those consumable listed above - do you plan to use them on every Boss? If not, why? N/A
You pull agro and wipe the raid. What do you do next ?
A) Stay quiet and pray no one noticed.
B) Admit the mistake and pray for forgiveness.
C) Blame it on lag.
D) Alt+F4
E) It's obviously the Tank's TPS that sucks.
I would do B) due to the pure fact is that when I know its fully 100% my fault I will admit it right away.
How do you feel about constructive criticism?
How would those feelings change, if at all, if you were to be called a failure?
Well constructive criticism is good however the way it is presented and worded if it is done poorly it can really piss people off me included, The first thing I will admit is I do fail on some things with my shammy most people tell me I'm fail due to the fact I'm enhance others say I fail because i have a bad day on DPS it is once again as I said before "its all in the way its presented and worded."
Do you loot during raids?
If I do its after every one has been rezzed or the group has all ready started checking it out for rolls the only reason I do it is so i can shift mouse over to see how much of a upgrade it is.

Well I'm 17 from the USA I play a lot of online games mostly ones that have some form of PvP Halo WoW etc... i also do photography and in the spring/summer time I hope to do some Storm chasing.
